How it works

Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your dogs needs—whether you're looking for your dog to socialise, burn off some energy or simply needs a toilet break during the day.

Take a look at our services page to see a list of options and prices.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Get in touch via our contact form, email or whatsapp. Tell us all about your dog and what it is your looking for. We can then take you through the options we can offer to help.

What makes you different?

We pride ourselves on being transparent with our clients, we are happy to answer absolutely any questions you have about how it works and how we operate. We also do not ask you to book in set days or make bookings weeks in advance. We have developed our strategy over years of working with dogs. The result: a genuine, flexible and reliable dog walking service. The idea is in our name, we are here to be as helpful as we can.

How many dogs will be on a walk?

We try to operate as 4 dogs per walker, this is what allows us to be flexible with our clients. We are insured up to 6 dogs per walker. On occasions such as staff sickness or holidays, we may increase numbers per walker to ensure our services are consistent and reliable for you.

What transport do you use?

Each of our walkers use their own vehicles to transport your dogs. All of our cars are fitted with dog seatbelts, partitions and seat extenders for your dogs safety and comfort. We do not crate dogs for travel, we understand lots of dogs have anxiety about being crated. We will get your dog used to traveling in the car with others and only use unbranded vehicles to prevent becoming targets to dog theft.

Are you insured?

YES! We have full pet business insurance with public liability cover for £1,000,000. If you’d like a copy of our insurance certification, just ask.

All of our walkers are also fully Dog First Aid Trained and carry first aid kits with them on walks, just in case.
